This part of the suggestion was accepted: Three: make it not possible to /dkidnap a player who is surrounded by other players.. for example if there are 3 players near you give the player who tries to /dkidnap a message like "the player is surrounded by so many people"

This is now implemented in the server. Suggestion accepted, thanks Yolo!
