Which way do you prefer this server to be?

Some exact number of cops stronger than equal number of criminals; no cophunt, complete CnR

Mix of CnR and TDM but leaning more towards TDM;cophunt allowed. n number of cops equally strong to the same n of crims.

It is a CnR server, but still why wouldn't criminals get score? They are successfully doing their job. Fighting off the cops. Killing them. Isn't it an equal idea just like cops killing criminals and getting score for it?
Giving score to suspects for killing cops is suggesting criminals to hunt cops down. Should we go back to previous topic?
This will promote cophunting and will not be added.
