Adding new Criminals faction

I know what I'm said.Now tell me what would be difference with criminal group Terrorist if it gonna be faction.That group is already as faction.They have excellent location of base,their vehicles they can only drive and so on.I don't see what new could be for that group if it becomes faction.And by the way I don't see point of what that new faction should do because there is already Pagati as hitmans,realted to high dangerous criminal activity.All others criminal activity like raping,robbing,bank robbing,kidnaping can be performed with simple skin and job selecting once you log in.Seriously I don't see point of adding any other criminal faction except Pagati,sorry.

Actually,this is not a bad idea at all. Think about it. Army and SWAT vs Pagati and <another faction> It would balance things out :smile5:

It would also add some interest in the server again. Players always love updates

Introduction: I'm creating this suggestion because Army & SWAT are two Law enforcement groups and the only main group of Criminal Organisation is The La Famiglia Assasini Pagati. The criminals are a bit under-powered in a way and this group shall boost their ranking.

Base: Spawn of members,Vehicles,Bomb,Money safe and weapons & drug checkpoints will be at Ocean Docks (Old Army base)

Brief explanation of the suggestion: My idea is to bring the old Terrorist job back but this time make it for this group. Don't really know what shall i call it but for now,let's call the group ''The Los Santos rebells'' Along-side with the terrorist class,this group will have a better chance/payment of selling weapons,drugs,robbing money etc...

Requirements to join: Like other factions - 500 score and good knowledge of the server rules

In-game features:Plot - The idea will be scripted and you will be directed to the appropriate locations by the system.
Example - Pick up the truck from Ocean Docks and /startmission and you will be directed to the location where you have to transport the deals.
illegal supplies- Fixed fee of 30,000 per transportation. You can get arrested or pulled over by Army,SWAT or cops.
Example of Illegal items / supplies you can transport - Drugs at Drug houses around the city or Weapons at ammunations around the city.
For every transportation,you can gain 1 score aswell

-If you're in this group and you sell items,you gain more payment
-If you're in this group and you rob stores,you have more chance of robbing
-If you're in this group and you kidnap someone,the victim have less chance of cutting the rope
-Ability to bomb Pig Pens,Alcatraz,Casinos & Normal Jails (Not the auto-jail or admin-jail obviously)
-Ability of tuning & buying cars with lower amount of money (from ANY car dealer & tuning shop)
-No paychecks involved but you get higher chance of robbing and payment
-On the map this group will be recognised with a bright yellow blip but can be undercover by wearing a mask(Not like the fined players)

Rules:
Rule 1:- You must abide & respect the sever rules at all costs
Rule 2:- You MUST have 500 score to join
Rule 3:- You are not allowed to leave the base gate open
Rule 4:- You cannot close the gate to avoid being killed/arrested or dragged
Rule 5:- You must not go AFK for more than 20 minutes
Rule 6:- Teaming is allowed but it isn't a MUST
Rule 7:- You can chill in the skin,you won't be punished for that
Rule 8:- Roleplay is not enforced in this group but if you're feeling like roleplaying,go for it
Rule 9:- You can't join this group if you're in The La Famiglia Assasini Pagati (Since if you're Army you can't join SWAT or vice-versa)
Rule 10:- To make an application,you need to write a 3 line short paragraph of why you want to join the group

No, none of current official groups shall be promoted to faction. Faction means that it is owned by server, not by some player. If you would implement this, it shall be led by some experienced, skilled and active Administrator. Although, all these official groups would die then (some of them already did xd).

Thats why im saying is to add another faction so they can have special crime activity and commands that normal player can't do with normal skins , and groups are owned by players but factions are owned by server it self
an example of special things this " criminal faction " can do is maybe add another drug or robbing stuff normal ppl cant like adding a safe in the army and swat zones that this (criminal faction ) can rob it will be much fun and it we'll refresh the server with good update and many ppl will start joining all the factions and you can upgrade the standers and requirements for it so not every player can join ! . As the swat requires high taze/arresting it maybe requires high robbing /raping /kidnapping skills .

Well I don't see any bad things if this got accepted. But if faction of criminal added, I guess Terrorist and the rest group will be useless then because they'll join a faction only.
