This is strange. Have you verified the websites authenticity by looking to see if it has a SSL certificate? I've never seen this before, when my account was compromised it asked me to change my password and confirm it was really me but that was it.

Did you change your name from a fake name or something? I don't know haha, urm they have a support option that allows you to recover lost or stolen accounts, might be a good idea to use that and say you're account is locking you out?

I don't think it was the official facebook site requesting you to change the name. There are virues on facebook, which are really harmful. And it could have been transported to anyone you chat in facebook. There is a high doubt your facebook is hacked and closed down after you fishing virus. If you don't know what that is, is basically another program in your browser which when you open facebook (or any social media) it will launch another program and not the official one, which means you will control your facebook account through another program. Most popular fishing viruses are the change password ones, which basically it tells you that you must change your password and you do not change the password to the official facebook page, but you change it at the virus program they made which is on your PC. However, i suggest you to scan your computer for viruses and if it finds any, remove them. You will be lucky if you will be able to open the facebook then. It could just be the program which tells you that and your facebook account is perfectly fine. Open your facebook account on a PC which you are sure has no viruses and if it shows the same problem, then its a huge issue, if not then, you simply need to remove the viruses from your pc.

Or check for the SSL certificate like I said and check that there's no adons in the browser that shouldn't be, phishing isn't done through viruses, it's done through links usually sent to emails that mask themselves as real websites and fake the site, they're usually not very good and quite easy to spot a fake anyways.

Your account is not locked neither it's disabled. You can still use messaging service but can't access news feed because they're looking over your documents to verify your name which you've recently changed. If the name you've changed recently is not valid, your account will be locked until you provide them new documents which will show your real name. There's no need to worry about this and it'll take a couple of days to review your documents and they'll notify you from email when this process is done. One more thing, please try to avoid random name changes since it's not allowed on Facebook and will lead to temporary account suspension.

EDIT: Just to let you know that it was officially Facebook who asked you to provide your real name. They only ask you when someone from your friends list reports your profile to Facebook for using fake name or fake account.

It could simply be the official page or phishing.
Who knows?
