LS Base gate improvement

Your suggestion: Replace LS base gate style with the one at LV base
Reason: The LV base gate closes and opens much faster and thus I find it appropriate to implement it to LS base as well. Current LS base gate is pretty slow, but sometimes that difference might be crucial when in a chase. Not a big thing, but yeah. It certainly doesn't require a lot of work.

Walls in Los Santos base are too far away from each other and the gate we have in Las Venturas base would be too short I think. Is it possible to extend the gate?

Yeah change the gate or change the LS base for smaller like the LV base.

yeah +1 1 second can be crucial in a chase...every second counts.

The speed of the gate should be able to get adjusted.

I've increased its speed by a little bit, it won't be as fast as the one in LV because the LV gate has a higher distance to travel which is why it is faster.
