Why should we accept this: People have a lot questions and tickets take time to answer, so why not members answer them?

Not needed we have support tickets /ask and the bar that can all be used

We have support ticket as duffey said and you can pm any tag or even non tag member as well for any kind of questions related to the server

This is very true, most players submit a support ticket or use the bar anyways.
