Your budget is good if you're looking for a 4th hand toaster, yeah. Not for a "good pc".

for a pc without mouse, keyboard, monitor and more, at least 500€.

Here in Morocco:

A keyboard : 2$
A good Mouse : 10$
a Monitor : 50$

So i will have some money after buying these things .

You can't really build a PC for $200 only, if you want it for gaming or if you want it to be 'good'. As e.e stated, you need at least $500

My advice would be to save your money till you can afford something a little better

You can have mine for two hundred dollars lol



Unless if you want a used computer that's vertically unpredictable id suggest to save up 3 hundred more dollars. A good computer at its cheapest would run you around 500-800 dollars.
