I paid my exactly 500€ and specs ain't so bad.. i5-4460 is really good CPU.. While this my GTX 750 Ti 2GB a bit sucks (plus, it seems it's chinese cuz it's not working on 5000MHz as it's supposed to) , so yeah

Maybe you can find second-hand parts on websites just like ebay or idk what are people in Morocco using for that kind of stuff
