Did the server get ddosed? Am getting wierd dns resolve cloudfare problems.
@fury ill look into it then, i had the same problem with skyrim and i fixed it, dont remmember how. Also is this error when launching the launcher or the game. Did you try running as adminstrator?

*EDIT* try this:
Go to C:\Windows\System32
delete the following files:

“xinput1_1.dll”, “xinput1_2.dll”, “xinput1_3.dll” and all other files started with xinput1_*.dll.

Once the files are deleted, download and run the directx setup

There's Xinput1_0.dll many of it :3 and Xinput9_0_1 and xinput1_3 many of it too :3 but no Xinput1_2 nor xinput1_1

Just delete them then reinstall directx

Yup SAMP started working perfectly after that
