Well yes, you can't shoot someone unless you're not tied up so therefore you'd need to /ransom or /cutrope before you're able to shoot them or you can be /released then shoot the player etc. Just not before you're release after a successful kidnapping as it's deathmatching :)

Shooting a player when he tries to kidnap you wouldn't be DM. What I'm saying is that you don't have any money nor a razor, they'll eject and kill you.

This is a good way to nerf the /dkidnap command since we all know it's op.
