Why should we accept this: This would be useful in various situations. Npr. as of now, if there's a forum event with ingame cash as a reward, you have to come ingame to claim your reward. Sometimes people may not be able to come ingame so it would be very handy for them to be able to transfer cash to others via UCP. DPs and jailcards can already be transferred, so why cash couldn't be? Please make this happen.
