Describe the bug:When im realsed from alcatraz and goes to alcatraz nad then exit from there im fall into teh water please any solve.. this happing continously with me

It's caused by lag on the client side. Try either 1 of these solutions:
- Get good internet
- pause the game for 5 sec then exiting Alca

When this happens, go to the parking lot where the cars are, you'll see rocks, try to swim out from under those rocks and you can A take the boat near the stairs on the right after swimming out or B go up the stairs and retrieve a car. The last option, one I never use is type /kill sacrifice 1 score and kill your self to spawn somewhere in Los Santos.
