The bug has been solved already, you will be able to see the old logs until they're cleared.

What you are seeing are all transaction logs instead of your own.
If someone made a transaction everyone would see it. Now it's fixed and only the involved people will see it.
They just didn't remove these old transaction from the logs, that's all.

As Robin has said was the issue.

Bug report closed as the issue was fixed by Kissane a couple of weeks ago.
