What computer manufacturer do you prefer

Alright my budget is very tight so I know that'll be an issue but I'll look around those spicifically, personally though I've had many issues with dell but I guess if I'm replacing stuff it might work better. Hp computers from what I remember can be limited (according to my brother and his experience) but I'll see, how much do you think this is gonna cost me in US dollars? Also where might I find said parts?

Multiple sites, wait for sales if you're not desperate to spend money on parts - black friday and Christmas / Halloween sales are coming up fairly soon - Some graphics cards go on sale and include a free horror game sometimes - At least there was one last year.

eBay - Depends what for and if you're really on a budget.

You said you're in the US, so I'd recommend NewEgg and also craigslist if you're looking for second hand parts - might be worth a shot just make sure you know what you're getting into

Craigslist isn't a place I want to purchase anything honestly, half of the stuff is ether borderline working, damaged beyond repair, or just treated badly and from what I can remember there return policy is just as sketchy as the part your buying. It's great for stuff that's cheap but reliable and functioning is not a trait they possess. But alright thanks.
