He is allowed to request everyone for DPS(buying) either admin too if he is buying and admin is selling but he cannot request from admin free DPS

You may not ask other players to sell you donation points or jail cards. However, if you are in possession of one or more donation points or jailcards, you are allowed to offer and sell the donation points or jail cards to other players.
You are not allowed to request for donation points or jail cards.



Not allowed to ask he said "i want to buy dps"

As stated by Onzie, you're not allowed to post a buy request for donation points.

Please don't do this in the future.
