[Server - LEOs] /rp abuse new punishment

Suggestion headline: When someone abused his /rp as cop, he will first get an official warning. Once he does it again, he will get his cop rank gone. And if he abuses it for the third time, he will be no longer able to play as cop for a whole week and his rank will be again reset. So if he keeps doing it, his punishment will go two weeks and so on.

Importance of suggestion: 3/10
Why should it be accepted: Most of the cops which abuse this don't know about the rule. Even if their are told not to do it again, they do it for maybe not understanding. As long as this is a semi roleplayish server, it would be cool for the ones which abuse it, not to be able to join the cop skin (be fired from the job or from adding fines). Also for swat and army, they would get a warning in their skin as well for abusing the /rp command.

This is the job of the Staff team, let them handle their job and you'll do yours.

We deal with RP Abuse all the time. It's not an uncommon thing to do.

Also, if a player constantly RP Abuses he'll be banned and dealt with, but that's nothing to do with you guys.

Anyways, I'd like to be able to stop a player from using the /rp command but not like this, this isn't the way to go restricting a player from using a cop skin. Disallowing a player to stop using the command would be fine - and it'd have to be a staff member that stops them from using it.
