Why should it be accepted:
Basically, if I get into criminal skin, I would like to know which cops are going where, how they're acting and stuff. You can go to the Black Market and purchase the cop radio, should be expensive though. Upon dying, you lose it.
By buying the cop radio, you are
-Able to read their messages (/cm)
Note: You can't reply there, only read
-See ongoing robberies like those dispatches

-RPish
-Allows criminals to plan their moves ahead and up their game

EDIT: It could be also stolen from LSPD or any police cars. You enter police vehicle and you type something like /copradio and then timer starts from 15 to 0 and when it hits 0 you stole it. If someone ejects you from car before timer hits 0 he automatically interrupts you.

Or maybe add it as another special item - like have a set amount of them in the new dilimore jail and allow players to come and steal it from there?

Gives another use for the jail and would make for more interesting gameplay - not that the /cm is used all that much, it's still handy.
