2 bugs (flying through the airport / taxi spawn in sf / lv)

Where did the bugs appear: server.
When did the bugs appear: since last update.
Description of the bugs:
1. When trying to use the airport to fly to LS from either SF or LV it will say "You can't fly from LS", if you try flying from LV to LV it will buy a ticket for you and spawn you as if you were flying from LS or SF, this happens when using the SF airport as well.
2. When spawning as any of the taxi jobs in LS, you will spawn in LV. Selecting SF will spawn you at SF though and LV will spawn you at LV.
