Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Now
Describe the bug: I and swat was near kelly's club and he was locked in the car. when i typed /cuff 40 it said that [Lsrcr]Swat is in a is.Ask the player to get out before trying to use your handcuffs
