Redstars, you're not in Terrorists skin but he is. Secondly the proof is insufficient, your screen shot doesn't prove that Shabbir was the one who shot your car and kept shooting until it caught fire. No actions can be taken because of insufficient proof.

@Shabbir: It's somehow related to the group's rule that you have to follow all the LSRCR rules and dming someone's car is against the Lsrcr rules, although it hasn't been proved that you did it but If it was proved then it was meant to be a server report instead of a group reports. Be careful with what you do.
