And yeah, the game is pretty old and you shouldn't mod it too much (effects etc, skin mods in the gta3.img can't really harm).

I don't lag much in samp even having 1 GB ram in my computer coz of my internet connection
The PC is not mine my PC is under maintanence and I have borrowed it from the shop

Ya might want to wipe the memory from it when your done with it.
