Additional information: Me an SWAT told him to change the skin but he ignored us. I belive swat has some more proofs.

Aight as you all see at [Lsrcr]Fruta's proof. I've told him to leave 2-3 of times but he didn't reply and take a decision to ignore me. So I would I also got a few proof for this guy breaking our ARMY Rules.

There's a written rules, Number 5. "You may not use the Army skin for chilling or roaming around. You may use the Army skin only for serious roleplay"
