this screen shows when i open the cam then laptop restarts :3

anyone knows how to fix or what cause it ?

Install Linux and you won't have a single problem. Writing this from a Windows machine, still doesn't make me a hypocrite

Try reinstall the drivers for the camera.

Try removing the registry entries for the camera whilst it's unplugged, reboot it and plug it back in.

Also - check if it happens in safe-mode - If the camera works at all or if it BSOD's again.

The camera itself can't cause this
