Budget phones a lot of the times end up being trash after a few months.
If it's a newer model phone wait and read all the reviews
If it's an older phone that went down in price, read the reviews and then make the choice
In general read up on reviews and search google for possible problems with said phone especially with android because some phones look like a good buy but then you get a phone that stops working after a short time or the display completely dies/glitches. I see it all the time with people who buy cheap phones because they think they get a deal.
However why you search possible problems with the phone is so you can know what to expect and how to fix it if possible.
Download ccleaner if you don't like having to remember to clear the cache
Good luck on whatever phone you choose to buy

Also not liking something because you can't afford it isn't a real opinion no offense.
