I would suggest that commanders add training officers, I don't think this should be a job for warrant officer, the only one who is active now, Yakuza. That is too much work for him.

So commanders and Yakuza should discuss about adding one or two training officers who will train new recruits.

+1 for your suggestion.

Currently Warrant Officers don't have time to make training. But it can be done by S.W.A.T. Event Officer.
