Server Updates

- Now /dkidnap won't work if a car is under 500 Health.
- Now /surrender or /su will surrender all the car surfing players + a list of /su'd players will be shown to the /su-er .
- /server now have a addition of Chat panel (leaving/joining) which will enable you to see who has joined & left the server at the bottom right side of the screen.

Official Groups

The Mortals Gloom: A new group with a temporary base, actually it's just house located at Los Santos "Richman". It's chilling and cop hunting group also you can consider it as a low RolePlay Family. A criminal organization with many new features, so if you're going, you would like to do dirty work it's the suitable place.

Terrorists: Some updates are going in Terrorists Group, in the last announcement they said that every tester can use vortex, but now testers are also able to use any skin they want. As they appointed their ex-member Karthik as a new tester (Congratulations Karthik), so he is now able to use any skin/vortex as a tester. Also a new update of Terrorists' skins was made based on some members' opinion about Goon skin which they don't like.

S.W.A.T
Who is getting accepted? A lot of experienced swat members are having arguments because of the tolerance showed to the new players applying for swat. Swat is having issues and arguments between the members. We hope that there will be a reform! Our team took an interview on the swat member, Rollins.:

What do you think of S.W.A.T Commanders accepting randomly?

In my opinion it's not randomly. They made normal test and they are inexperienced players. Normal test should get denied to improve himself then he will re-apply and his skills will become better then his last application. Other way when they become swat members with 2.5/5 driving or 2.5/5 Shooting etc. they will get swat down and because of inactive commanders, they don't see or follow new members, just image if you drive and your teammate with 2.5/5 soc on the car and is around. You will wait 5 seconds before he starts shooting and then you will wait other 5 seconds to wait he until he write /taze and then the suspect escaped. That's the big problem now.

What is your suggestion?

My suggestion is the overall score must be above to 3 or else it will be automatically denied and less then 3.5 at Driving and Speed of Commands auto-denied and less then 3.25 at Aiming and Shooting auto-denied too.
Commanders should be more active and we need some training.

I really do thank you guys for the nice feedback!
We are looking on making the newspapers more interesting and getting the community more interested into them. We want the newspapers to be some news which others did miss, or for players which came from inactivity. Once again, every suggestion can come to my PM and we will look carefully into it.
