Suggestion headline: Notification in-game that you are allowed to hit someone

Importance of suggestion: 9/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted:
That is a helpful to the players and hitman, this is what i like to happen (Example: If Someone arrest you or anything bad do to you in-game (must be valid reason), you will recieve notification in-game that you are allow to hit someone like this "Notification: Someone arrest you and now you can hit him/her for "arresting" by using "/hit (id) (amount) (reason)"

Pointless. That notification will be spammed especially with some of the people who can't drive for shit or whatever. It would be annoying. -1

Just like Zoroark said, notification will be spammed. If you are un-sure when you are allowed to hit someone, use /ask or /adm.
