Suggestion headline: All vehicles that dont need keys to drive is can be drive by someone and the vehicles dont have engine cannot use the /engine command like "mountain bike, etc"

Why should it be accepted: That is a roleplay and mountain bike dont need keys to drive and the mountain bike is dont have engine.

Simply because there are ways to turn off a hot wired car. So doing /engine to turn the car off is roleplay it just doesn't tell you how it's done.

Side note: If a vehicle that doesn't have an engine is affected by /engine it's probably a bug/mistake.
