Well.. Me and him have completely same CPU. It's Intel Core i5-4460.
He has got 8GB of RAM as well.

The only difference between my and his PC are motherboard and GPU. And he's got way bigger FPS than me while he's playing it on High + 1080p.

Today, I tested it too. And in Overpass with several bots in it, I had FUCKING 60fps! Which is.. kinda embarrassing for me. I thought I'd have at least 90+ fps on these graphic settings.

ive got the 3570k, bit stronger:)

Your CPU is a bit older, but a bit stronger (frequency).
But 4460 is newer one, but still, works great on new games. (CopKilla can confirm that)

And yeah, difference between those two CPUs are not that much big.. So yeah

Well, I've got Intel's stock cooler too, my CPU is working on 3.2-3.4GHz, my temp even while rendering a video never gone above 56°C , and it's working perfectly.

So, for those who will be using Intel's stock cooler, i5-4460 is THE RIGHT solution for them.

That CPU is really good, but expensive as well.

i5-4460 is around 200€, but it would still working fine on new applications/programs/video games.
