Why should it be accepted: I heard that avoiding cool-down to take the presents by making accounts is not allowed, but whenever there's no staffs online some of the players are doing it. As I can see, players are lazy enough to take proofs and report, because when reporting if it's only screenshots then it might not be a valid proof. The Christmas Present Requirements will be very useful and helpful for the community. The players will not feel unfairness, some players specially newbies will increase the chance to take the presents, because presents are not for OLD players, but for everyone.

So in my opinion. To take the presents, the player should have at least:
1. 50 Score - SAMPLE
2. 60 Minutes Activity - SAMPLE

The benefits of this suggestion is:
1. Fairness of each player. - OLD players specially those who know all places can just create another account and camp.
2. Server Database won't be full of shits.
3. Helping players to avoid breaking rules.

Everyone shouldn't have full rights to have gifts. If you want gifts, atleast be on the server.
I disagree with the score requirement, I think 10 minutes of activity is fair. If it's 10 minutes, no one would even want to create a new account as that's the cooldown itself.

It's just an example requirements, The requirements are up for the staffs.

Yes I agree to have everyone has rights to get the presents, but some of the old members are abusing it. And when they got caught and get banned they will cry in forum. This suggestion is to help the players from getting ban because of abusing the presents.

I do like the 50 score to take a present, just like having a certain amount of score before you can purchase a house ingame.
