Suggestion - S.W.A.T. Bomb.

Your suggestion: Make S.W.A.T. Bomb available for all ranks.
Reason: Back in 2012 when I had first joined the team, the bomb could be used right away,and now, it is unlocked to certain ranks.
We are all well introduced to new server updates, among them is the new S.W.A.T. bomb. The new bomb is designed to only do harm to criminals, not civilians around, or the S.W.A.T. member deploying it, and his teammates. For this reason, I think the bomb can be allowed from the first rank,after joining the team, since it is not dangerous if not used properly anymore. The bomb is one of the most effective and useful tactical weapon our team has, and being fairly easy to use, and safe, I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed from the begging. Let me remind you that Army section is in great advantage over us with their assault artillery. With Tenk, Hunter, grenades, and rocket launchers. I think if anything, bomb would be very useful for new members when dealing with more than one criminal, especially in a gang attack.

Even if it doesn't hurt the civillians anymore, it is a nice feature and i think you need to work to get it (with promotions). I will have to be negative with this suggestion.

Have to agree with Geri on this one. As much as I'd like to use the SWAT bomb, to work hard to unlock it is quite rewarding.

Best suggestion i have ever seen here, What does our Privates members have? They have nothing to stop the Gang attack... With tactic..? You shoud /cuff all of them which means it is very hard because there is /shocks & /stun & /pcs and alot of items.. So our Privates have nothing to fight them with in this case! Very useful suggestion and i hope it will be accepted!

I agree with that too, but still S.W.A.T. team is pretty bad in terms of functional gadgets we have for self defense and combat.
Army has granades, rocket launchers, tank, hunter, all assault vehicles/weapons designed to cause damage to group of criminals. I'm not bashing on army, I think it's pretty cool they have it, but when you compare it, our work is in my opinion more complicated due to the drag process, because in the journey to the nearest pd marker, criminal who is dragged can call for help, and it usually is that we have to deal with more than one criminal, and I don't think roadblock does much help here, bomb is very effective weapon, and frankly, the only one we have which is effective for more criminals.
New members are usually very easily overpowered sine they cannot use neither the roadblock, or the bomb.
Bomb is now different, is cannot harm anyone but the criminal, so even if the member is new, he wont be able to do much unwanted damage to anyone but the criminal. Back in 2012 swat had bomb from the first rank If I remember corectly, and I have never seen problems, because the rules stated that bomb should be used only if criminal is isolated away from other people, because bomb was different, and did damage when deployed to anyone nearby.

huh, didn't know about the bomb update. Anyways, I'd be supporting this if there were also more things to unlock in SWAT too. If bomb is given from the beginning and RB at PFC, not much to work for

i understand this carrot and stick meaning, but yet i should approve what some swat member said above me that private literally has nothing to do if he is alone against gangs of criminals except for going on his death while trying arrest one of them

so yeah i think the bomb should stay available only when reaching certain rank but in the same breath there should be added some advantage to the PVTs as they have literally nothing to rock with
