We've recently added methods to stop players from camping at presents by scrambling the locations of the presents.

We have also made it that there are requirements to pick a present up - this stops people multi-accounting to get the jailcard and transfer it over to their other accounts.

If we deem it an issue, we'll look into your suggestion, for now it's denied tho.
