Why should it be accepted:because i found it in a present and after 5 min my internet get lagged and i should reconnect to fix my lag but the vip packet removed when i reconnect

He means the VIP packet wich can be obtained by finding presents IG.
Actually it's a pretty good suggestion, instead of keeping the packet untill you re-connect it should be able to least for like one hour or so.

I think it should be last longer for like 4 hours at the same time until its over until its gone after 4 hours.It may be random for from 1 hours - 4 hours.

It's fine how it is.

If we change it, it'll devalue the option to donate for it as players will just go hunting for the presents etc.

We'd rather keep it how it is and expire on disconnect.

Adding too many timers to things isn't always a good thing, no matter how optimised and well coded / created they are.
