Well, when I turn computer on, I hear every windows sounds but monitor is not showing display. Only if I wait few hours it turns on. I removed graphic card and rams, nothing works. I changed all outside cables, nothing. I even changed monitor and nothing. So I really dont know what could be wrong.

Does your monitor(s) report anything on the screen?

Beside that, if you put a light on it and look really close, do you see anything?

No, just button light is blinking.
If I reset PC few times, I got luck and it's working normally.

Try to plug your monitor into integrated graphic slot. To make sure whether your GPU problem or it's yet something else.

Does the monitor work on any other pcs / display any sort of output? If you unplug and reply the monitor into the power does it come up with a splash screen?
