Honestly nothing, mostly because I have not been affected by the most common w10 bugs.
For me w10 does the job perfectly.

If I were to compare it to windows 7, i would say its slightly more difficult to navigate through the different menues, but its a learning habit.

At work I use Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (their newer Win10 version)

I also dabble with a bit of Linux and Windows Server 2008 and 2012 r2 from day to day use when at work so that's pretty entertaining - though they are done through RDP connections as they are on a server.
