Anyways yes, I bombed, to that I admit, I was surrounded by 3 hitmen, i reacted how i reacted, not like I damaged anyone else but the guys who were after me, the new bomb just does damage to criminals, or in this case hitmen too, since I had a hit.

The cuff part, I have a complete right to cuff you and search you, as I did, and I warned you not to interfere with the arrest, since you tried to jump on the Mizo's car, while he was dragging. Which is visible in the chat.

After I have searched you, you were uncuffed and free to go.
