I'm sorry but this cannot be accepted from the server side. It could be abuseable, and as SWAT we're not really the only ones who are getting bothered by cops or other civilians, so it would be unfair to add a command for SWAT and not for others. I understand that these players can be frustrating, but we will have to get them off the car like we always have.
