S.W.A.T. bomb.

Your suggestion: S.W.A.T. bomb rules change, new bomb, new rules.
Reason: Since I have been reported lately, and I'm not trying to evade my punishment,this can be decided after I have been adequately punished. I was planning to do this anyways, but now I have a good reason to, make the new rules for the new bomb.
New bomb is different from the previous one, since it does a controlled damage, limited only to wanteds, and apparently hitmen, as well (If you have a hit). What I want to suggest is that deploying the bomb becomes allowed whenever it is needed, either for self-defense, or plain tactical destruction of a subject.
Bomb will not damage any innocent civilians, so why does it have to be treated as dangerous to surrounding players?

I'll bring this one up with CresP and S.W.A.T. staff but I'm not sure if you should have your hopes up. The bomb is very powerful and this is why we have these rules, not only because you used to be able to harm innocents and such with it. An announcement will of course be made if any rules are changed.
