Hand cuffs & entering a vehicle bug

When did the bug appear: January 5, 2017
Describe the bug: While entering a vehicle trying to escape the police, an officer managed to get me hand cuffed, so I tried /breakcuffs and the vehicle randomly started falling from the sky. I'm not 100% sure if I should be posting in this section, or in the player report section, but I suspect it's just a bug. Below is video proof of the bug.

I don't think that's a bug but if you want to find out, contact an admin with free time and try to recreate the situation and if it can't be recreated show the admin this topic (unless they already saw it)

SAMP does weird shit sometimes so who really knows anymore. (Like I've been thrown into buildings if I get hit by something that launches my character off a car/ rooftop yet only have SAMP installed in GTA) I've reported people if I was suspicious of something just because the report most times will either A result in a ban/punishment if its proven right or B an admin dealing with it will explain to me if it's a bug/whatever. Sometimes I'll bring the issue in chat so a player I know can inform me if I'm wrong. Ex (ur haxing health won't go down blah blah) cause at times players will pm me asking what happened I'll explain they'll tell me a bug I don't know/forgot about and I'll withdraw [I withdraw anyways after a certain time just cause I'd rather play the game then argue for 10 hours about an issue that I removed myself from] (also send an /adm message saying "ignore the report on player [insert name here]" with an explanation of how it could have been a bug) (Unfortunately I can't always TAB to find out what ID people have. Thank god for the staff cmd)

This is not a bug, it must be caused by something else, possibly a cheater.
