Some vehicle suggestions/improvements

Suggestion 1: (this is mainly for new players)
Your name: [Lsrcr]Shaco
Suggestion headline: Update /vehinfo
Importance of suggestion: 7
Why should it be accepted: A lot of new players ask where to buy their own personal vehicle. I was thinking maybe they will type /vehinfo and includes something like;
"Grotti - Rodeo"
"Coutt & Schutz - Jefferson"
"Los Santos International for choppers and planes"
"Marina for boats"
When a player clicks or selects one of the respected choices a car icon / marker will appear on his minimap indicating where to buy a vehicle.
Suggestion 2:
Your name: [Lsrcr]Shaco
Suggestion headline: Tow markers at Police Departments (impounds)
Importance of suggestion: 5
Why should it be accepted: GTA V has this feature. Instead of going to the car dealers,you can manage your vehicle from Police Departments. Would be sensible if the tow from PD costs a bit more though.

Suggestion headline: Vehicle Tuning (/tune) saves when towing the vehicle
Importance of suggestion: 5
Why should it be accepted: I'm pretty sure we had this in the past but i don't know what happened with it. It's really annoying when you don't have enough money to tune your vehicle. /plate saves,why not /tune amiright?
Suggestion 4: (Blackmarket item)
Your name: [Lsrcr]Shaco
Suggestion headline: Police Radio or Police Radar (I prefer to call it police radio)
Importance of suggestion: 7
Why should it be accepted: A bit of a boost to the criminals. Let's say you can buy the Police Radio off the blackmarket for $5000 and install it in your vehicle and when a law enforcement is approaching your location / coming nearby it will say something like:
Officer [Lsrcr]Shaco is responding to the area of Idlewood. Current location: Willowfield
It should only be used when you're in an owned vehicle or in the blackmarket VIP vehicles
That's all for now,wanted to post this for a long time

I'm fine with all the suggestions except suggestion two, the PD tow markers.
It would cause a lot of trouble between the players since it might be abused or used unfairly you know..
example: I got caught by SWAT, I successfully /bc next to PD, go to the tow marker, get another vehicle and escape, pretty easy.
but I'm not sure if you're talking about if it is only for LEOs, but I think it would be also abused so nah, not really useful to ad

I like 1 and 3
Reasons for 1: it'd be useful to those who are new and haven't played gta sa at all,
3: the modifications you've added to your personal should save, it honestly sucks to have to go and get money just to mod your car all over again, if it's possible I'd like that feature to be added.
I'm not a big fan of 2 it RPish and logical but to have to go and get your vehicle from the impound lot might give cops to much of an advantage since that's supposedly where they're stored.
4 I like but to only designate to your personal vehicle I'm not liking that part only because there are times where you can't get to your personal, I'd rather have it be able to be used in any car you find, I thought of ways where it'd be op and depending on the range the cop would have to be to trigger it would be really the only thing that'd make it op, but even still it doesn't really give too much of an advantage although I still like the idea and feel it would be useful to those committing sprees of robberies, I feel it'll level the playing field.
