Why accept it: Cause itd spread players out during the event so more of the created area is used

Okay then, I see the point trying to be made, when it isn't a last man standing though is when I see that it can be a problem.

I meant to put +1 but due to being tired I mistakenly put - instead + XD lol

Indeed. There should be an option to the host, he can allow/set more than one spawn point or no. Awesome idea.
