Why would it be useful: Come on, its an armored army vehicle..
Additional comments:
1250-1500HP would be cool, the cars also have 1500hp.

why, hunter can't attack suspects with minigun or any other weapon on ground, use m4 and the hunter is easy down.. so, yeah.

Well yeah pretty much.
Also, the Hydra is the fastest vehicle in the game (slightly faster than Shamal, by far faster than Bullet/NRG), it's easy to fall back if needed.

Look, but you're allowed to kill the most wanted suspect with a hydra, and if you're not stupid, then is the hydra pretty fast down. Maybe make both 1250, or only the hunter, I dont know.

Comment: I think 1250 HP would be great. Myself i think it is a Good idea to add this suggestion because i know how annoying it is when suspects easily can shot you down on no time. And Army should be the deadliest faction on the server. I dont think the suggestion is overpowered aswell.
