Well, I don't know if you've been living under a rock, or in a bubble, but get used to people being rude, and offensive over the Internet.
You know, most of negative comments you get on the internet, from people, aren't really to be taken seriously, because the same person which offended you over the web, wouldn't probably have the balls to tell you anything if you were standing right in front of them.
You see, internet gives people a certain anonymity, and therefore they can express themselves in a way they want, without facing any consequences for their faulty actions.
