Typo mista: Giving someone a rank higher than you

When did the bug appear:
Describe the bug: When you try to give rights to someone a rank same as you the server will say that I can't give someone the same rank as me. But when I give someone a rank higher than me, it says the same, but its not the same ranks as me. Its just typo mistake.

I rewrote the message a bit now, it should be clearer. I thought it would be clear enough like this, I don't see why you'd be able to set the rank higher than your own if you can't even set it to the same.
