Reason: Hello, I'm RE-applying swat because i feel responsible about catching the suspects in city everyday i see the criminals is increase. i Found that the commands of swat is helping to catch the suspects simply as drag him into car or make road board to got the suspects from escape its faster, also the vehicle of swat are easy to get the wanted faster, You cannot catch the wanteds alone as i said before the team is important to help each others to avoid failures on things its the team, i'll work to success . thanks for reading.

Notes: Once again I will have to give you a negative vote, since we've talked over PM the other day, where you provoked, told me many rude things, among them saying how you don't respect me because I'm not a commander, and that you do not care for my vote, vote being mentioned by you, because you told me you will apply soon. As before, your attitude has not changed, I still see you arguing, bitching, and stealing suspects from other LEO's, therefore I cannot give you positive vote, for joining. Plus you had failed so many times on the S.W.A.T. test, especially the rules part, so my hopes aren't very high, since you fail to follow many of the server rules as well. My vote will change when I see that your attitude is changed, and when I stop seeing you breaking server rules.

Notes: IMO, you're one of the most hostile people towards S.W.A.T. members these days on the server, really bad and childish attitude which cannot fit the team in any way, plus you have poor level of activity in LEO skin, both led me to this vote and final decision.

• In rules, CXdur tested him.
• In driving, he completed the route in last attempt. I had to wait for him several times, and he was at medium distance from me most of the times. Some stunts also need to be practiced.
• In the M4 part, he had 2 attempts
  • First try: 3-tire(s) with big car damage
  • Second try: 2-tire(s) with heavy car damage
• In dueling,
  • First duel: I killed him with Half armour
  • Second duel: I killed him with no armour (full hp)
• In SOC, he had 2 attempts for standing part and 2 attempts for the running part.
  His average speed of commands is 6 seconds.

Notes:Even though you have a bitching attitude, i like how you still didn't come more friendly with us and kept the same attitude with us as with everyone else.
