Suggestion(s): Enforce (or at least encourage) use of voting formats
Why would it be useful: It would make applications more appealing to read, and make members put some effort into voting. It would also make Army as a more "professional" faction if a proper template is used.
Additional comments: I've taken some time to create one type of template, with variations for a possible/neutral/negative vote. I'll go one by one for each scenario, first inserting the "raw" code in a spoiler, and then provide with a complete example.

Please note that I have taken some inspiration from SWAT's template (only natural since I am a part of said faction) so you are obviously more than welcome to create a different format and use that instead.
Looking forward to hearing some input and hopefully get a variation of this included in Army!

It is good how it is now, we are free to express our opinions through votes like how we feel. Making a template and forcing the members to follow it doesn't feels good to me.

I'm not saying this should be what gets encouraged to be used, but just giving a general idea. Of course people should be allowed to make it an ordered list, table, put pictures, etc. But I do think that some sort of format should be enforced, but it would allow for "customization".
For some bit more fancy templates, I'd say yes but there should be a bit of freedom in this and allowing people to use their own created templates.
