First of all, I assume your "fix" to your initial problem was to copy and paste the file. That's wrong, libraries are libraries for a reason, all the files interact and in a certain way depend of each other. As you can see, the C++ Runtime is what's causing you issues. Here are the fixes, but please take note to only pick the solution based on your system/application's architecture, in this case GTA San Andreas.
