Why should it be accepted: There is a suggestion "Car jacker" already but if that gets accepted it can be added to that class.So basically a special car in lspd wich a class can steal and have to deliver it to a special place and they will be rewarded 50-100k.The car would respawn there after 1-2irl hours or 1 day ig.The car wont be that fast just a normal looking car but another color for example blue.Cops cannot drive it since it can be counted a vehicle for the chief of the lspd.when a civil (the special class that can steal it)gets in it he will immideatly get 3-4 stars or be a mw.There needs to be added an item that can fire up the engine of the car and you can buy it from the black market (would cost 5-8k).
The car would have a system just like leos so when it gets to the gate it would open itself when we get close to it.It would be a little hard since its the cops spawn but its not impossible.if a leo cuffs you he can search you and find your item that can turn on the car.You will get 2stars just as c4 and drugs.
Its just a simple idea i thought.

I'd rather have criminals steal a comet from one side of the map and have to deliver it to the other side of the map. But that'd be for everyone not class restricted
