There's nothing insecure if the guy who made this guide actually confirmed that there are mistakes. If you paid a little bit more attention, then you wouldn't act so stupid like this.

You probably even don't know how to roleplay, since you cannot find a huge hole inside of his guide.

Power-Gaming - This is doing things thats unrealistic basically. A prime example is bunny hopping (Where you run and jump to get places faster.)
Its a fact bunny hopping is a lot quicker then running/jogging on the game, but you have to ignore that fact its a game when your role-playing, in real life you don't witness people running and jumping to get places faster, if you can't do it in real life, you can't do it in this environment.

Powergame is also forcing other people to roleplay,
i.e. /me opens the door of the vehicle as he throws Rally3 out of the car - afterwards he turns the engine keys and the vehicle starts to make some noises
/do The vehicle starts producing some noises

As you can see, I forced you to RP (as I didn't ask whether or not did I succeed in the carjacking).

But, it is really pointless to discuss this with you as you clearly have 0 knowledge regarding RP, neither you'd see the difference between KoS and DM. Stay ignorant, you're doing it great.

JFYI, those are basic stuff, if you want to make a light RP (LSRCR is not even light), you need to know what PG, MG is. That is literally just basic. Making a guide without these is nonsense.

Some things are wrong, but most of it is ok.

I agree with Kaosx about both guides.
There are some mistakes with Nilikos's which I'm going to correct because it is located in the Pagati section.
