need help with display

Yo,so I changed my res on gta 5 to 1280x720 and now I got a black bar on the right side of my monitor.I tried changing display settings but nothing worked.Any help?

Highly doubt you use intergrated graphics but the concept still applies: make sure that your settings for your GPU display or whatnot match the resolution you've just changed to in your computer.

Can you take a pictur/screenshot/video about it? Kinda hard to guess a fix from "black bars" lol

supposedly you have to turn down your windows resolution to match the one you're using in game on GTA V

right click desktop > display settings

select monitor > advanced display settings

select resolution

this is on win10, probably fairly similar on 7/8.1
